For your protection and to ensure the durability of the vinyl window frame and sash, Energy-Saving Windows by Four Seasons utilize the maximum amount of Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) in the UPVC (Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) in its windows. This TiO2 provides superior UV protection and impact resistance for you and your family's safety and security. Then, for added strength and durability, Four Seasons Energy-Saving Windows utilize the thickest extrusion (80 mil) web with the most individual air chambers (for outstanding insulation capability) to build window frames and sashes that are strong, durable and supremely energy efficient.
These thick, strong, durable, efficient extrusions are further strengthened by adding a hot-dipped galvanized steel insert in the vinyl window sash for your security. And if that's not enough, you can even opt to add steel inserts in the vinyl window frame itself. Clearly, Energy-Saving Windows by Four Seasons have been designed to exceed your expectations in all the areas important to you including safety, security, durability, low maintenance and energy-efficiency.

Double-Strength for Your Peace of Mind
Double glazing CONSERVAGLASS SELECT home windows are made with double-strength glass which is stronger than regular window glass to ensure its durability and your safety and security. Double-Strength glass is thicker than regular window glass which makes it stronger and also improves its sound-deadening qualities. Energy-Saving Windows and Doors from Four Seasons reduce the transmission of sound and keep your home quieter than replacement windows made with regular single-strength glass.

Stainless Steel Glass Spacers Ensure Trouble-Free Performance
Many double glazing insulated glass manufacturers use inexpensive, conductive aluminum as their standard spacer material between the lites of glass. This spacer can be cold and prone to condensation and seal failure. Four Seasons uses a much stronger and thermally stable Stainless Steel edge spacer for the enduring strength of the insulated glass and your comfort and safety. Then, to maximize its benefits, the stainless steel spacer is manufactured into a continuous, extra-strong frame rather than using failure-prone corner keys like other manufacturers.
Dual Seal Silicone for Double Protection

For your protection and to ensure years of trouble-free performance, Four Seasons uses, not one, but two, seal systems to create its energy efficient insulated glass unit. The glass and stainless steel spacer are bonded first with Polyisobutylene (PIB) as the primary seal and then, is used for added protection, a second layer of silicone for strength.
To ensure trouble-free energy efficiency for a lifetime, CONSERVAGLASS SELECT does not use leak-prone injection holes like other manufacturer's, but is assembled in a "clean room", just like other high-tech equipment such as computers.
